My parish, pictured here (Novus Ordo rite shown, but it also offers the traditional Latin Mass daily) is currently raising funds to restore the parish to its former glory. Some of the post-Vatican II changes, predictably enough, involved repainting elaborate murals behind the altar and covering up stained glass windows, as well as other minimalist overhauling.
